SUCTION PLATES FOR ROUGH SURFACES
Thanks to the partner-ship with the well-known German company “Eurotech” , now our well-known Kappel suction cups , motorized or manual, are able to operate even on rough or machined surfaces.
The new suction plates, made with a sturdy Aluminum backing, are equipped with a remarkably thick closed-cell Neoprene ring.
This ring, allows the plate to adhere, adapting to those surfaces to which it was impossible to adhere with the classic glass plate.
Surfaces such as stoneware, micro-grated sheets, granite, as well as walkable and non-slip glass sheets ( pixel, matrix, diamond ), will now no longer be problematic to handle.
SEMI-RIGID assembly
AMMORTIZED Mounting 
It is possible to set up the new plates, according to your need.
With “Semi-rigid” mounting, the plate is applied to the suction cup like the standard one, providing minimal flexibility.
With “Cushioned” mounting, the insertion of springs between the plate and support, and a larger stroke, allow it to better adapt to those surfaces that are not perfectly flat.
