In addition to 180-degree rotation and 90-degree tilt, Powr-Grip’s® Premium Edition, the popular P11104DC2 (320 kg), comes with a new dual-circuit vacuum system, and audible alarm for added safety, a new high-flow vacuum pump and blow-off (quick release system), for increased productivity and reduced energy consumption.

This lifter, features two completely independent vacuum circuits, thus allowing a perfect degree of vacuum to be maintained in one circuit, even if an unexpected loss of vacuum occurs in the other. The DVS system ( Dual Vacuum System )is designed to reduce the risk of load drop, which could result from material breakage or accidents that compromise one circuit of the vacuum system. In addition, the DVS system provides audible and visual alarms that alert the operator when the vacuum level is not sufficient to lift the load. Originally designed to comply with CE standard EN 13155, this system offers additional safety in any environment.
