KS 800 Off-road robot – extraordinarily strong on rough terrain
With a lifting capacity of Glass, windows, metal sheets and stoneware up to 800 kg payload. The KS 800 is equipped with electric front-wheel drive, wide footprint and air-inflated tires, and a hydraulic telescoping boom.
The KS 800 Off-roader handles loads of up to 800 kg and is especially suitable for assembly work on uneven terrain. With the its wide tires with exceptional grip, the KS 800 Off-Road is equipped with front-wheel drive, thanks to which it can juggle those construction sites where ground conditions are often very difficult. The servo-controlled hydraulic motor, quality proportional valves and a practical and intuitive radio control mean for the operator, to work with greater comfort, during installation, transport and glazing.
The safety of installers is paramount. Therefore, the vacuum system has two independent circuits and two separate suction pumps. If one vacuum circuit becomes unsafe, the second still provides sufficient protection. In addition, audible and visual signals interact with the operator to warn of a vacuum leak and the load is no longer properly secured.
In case you need to place glass high, the KS 800 is the right partner by your side. With a vertical installation height of about 4 meters and a projection in front of the wheels of more than 2 meters, the KS 800 Off-Road turns out to be one of the top machines in its class.
